Summary: The grounds are beautiful. Very family friendly with plenty to offer for entertainment. The room was disappointing. Dirty walls, broken handles and toilet seal loose and laying on the ground.

Summary: We recently stayed at Bakers Cay for a family trip with my wife and our 3-year-old. While the resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, our experience was unfortunately marred by a lack of flexibility and hospitality — especially considering it’s a family-oriented destination. Upon check-in, we were assigned a 1st-floor room with a balcony facing a busy walkway. Knowing our toddler is a light sleeper, I politely asked if we could be moved to a quieter room on a higher floor or facing a different side. The front desk flatly said no — no alternatives offered, no effort to accommodate. After a rough night with our toddler waking up frequently, we asked for just a one-hour late checkout to help ease the morning — again, the answer was no, citing 98% occupancy. It felt transactional and dismissive, not the level of service you expect at a resort of this caliber. We had high hopes, and while the setting is great, the lack of empathy or willingness to assist really took away from the experience. I’d recommend the hotel consider more thoughtful service for families traveling with young children. Sometimes, small gestures make the biggest difference.

Summary: Nice, family friendly resort. Food is just okay and over-priced. Resort nickle and dimes you. Quality of bedding and furniture is below what you would expect for this caliber of hotel.

Summary: Wonderful stay. Beautiful place. Was very glad there was the hammock beach. The water sport beach was tons of kids. Was kinda crowded and loud. Hammock beach was quiet and beautiful. Even had drink service. Everyone was very nice. Would come again. Incredible resort.
